  • How long does it take to be delivered?
    Standard delivery time usually takes approximately 8 - 10 Days
  • How can I search for items on the website?
    Do you know what it is you are looking for? If so type it into the search box at the top of every page and click on the magnifying glass. Or, to browse through what's available, select a category from the drop downs under Women and Men. From the options at the top of the page, you can then narrow your search by: Sort (by price low-high, by price high - low, by what's new) Product type Size Colour Range Style Brand Price range On the ASOS app, you can also search for products with just one tap using Style Match. In the search bar, tap on the camera icon and snap or upload a picture from your photo library. We'll help you find the item or recommend something similar, instantly! Found what you want? Add it to your shopping bag and when you're done shopping, follow the instructions on screen to complete your order.
  • Wrong Item Arrrived ?
    In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently: Your order number The name of the item you did not receive The name of the item you received in it's place A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP! You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process. See our How do I return my items? page, if you're not sure how to do this.   • If you have missed any items from your Order?

  • If you want to change your Order ?
    We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following: Changing the item or size Delivery/billing address Adding items to your order Shipping method *IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
  • I placed an order more than one hour ago but have not recieved any confirmation?
    Have you checked your spam inbox? Otherwise, a spelling mistake in your email address could be the reason that you did not receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you want to be sure that your order was successfully placed and is being processed.
  • How long does a Refund take?
    Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 10 working days depending on your payment provider. If your returns haven't reached us after the returns timeframe, please get in touch and provide us with your proof of postage so we can help you further.
